Revenue Operations Director at ActiveComply

Revenue Operations Director | ActiveComply | Orlando, FL (Remote) | Individual Contributor

About ActiveComply

ActiveComply is building the compliance infrastructure for modern financial services. We’re in a strong position with new leadership across the GTM org and a clear mandate to scale. This is not a “figure it out alone in the dark” role - you’ll be plugged directly into a high-functioning leadership team and expected to help drive execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The Role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Director to lead and build the RevOps function from the ground up. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

As the sole RevOps leader, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our go-to-market teams operate - bringing structure, visibility, and rigor to revenue generation while staying closely connected to the day-to-day mechanics of the business.

This role requires someone who doesn’t just design the system but actively runs it. You’ll work directly with the SVP of Sales and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to ensure the organization is aligned, accountable, and operating efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who understands what great looks like - and is willing to roll up their sleeves to build it.

What You’ll Own

1. GTM Operating System

    • Define and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue cadence (forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs)
    • Establish clear KPIs and reporting across the funnel
    • Bring consistency and clarity to how the business is measured

2. Forecasting & Pipeline Management

    • Own forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene across Sales
    • Identify gaps early and drive accountability with GTM leaders
    • Build a pipeline model that actually reflects reality

3. Systems & Tools (Execution-Focused)

    • Own the RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, enrichment tools, automation, etc.)
    • You don’t need to be a Salesforce architect - but you do need to be dangerous enough to get things done
    • Leverage AI and modern tools to move faster, not hide behind complexity

4. Process Design & Optimization

    • Improve lead flow, routing, conversion, and handoffs across GTM
    • Eliminate friction in the buyer journey and internal workflows
    • Balance speed with structure - avoid overengineering

5. Data & Insights

    • Deliver actionable insights, not just dashboards
    • Translate data into clear recommendations for GTM leaders
    • Be the source of truth for revenue performance

What “Good” Looks Like in This Role

    • Forecasts are trusted and accurate
    • Leadership has clear visibility into performance and risks
    • GTM teams operate with discipline, not chaos
    • Systems support the business instead of slowing it down
    • You proactively identify problems and fix them before they escalate

Who You Are

    • Hands-on operator: You’re comfortable doing the work yourself - no waiting for a team to build it
    • Pattern recognition: You’ve seen what good RevOps looks like at a scaling SaaS company and can apply it quickly
    • Pragmatic builder: You don’t overcomplicate - you prioritize what actually drives revenue
    • Strong communicator: You can push back on GTM leaders when needed and drive alignment
    • Technically capable (not precious): You can navigate systems and tools, but you don’t hide behind them
    • Accountability driver: You bring structure and enforce it

What You’ve Likely Done Before

    • Owned or significantly influenced RevOps at a B2B SaaS company
    • Supported Sales teams with forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
    • Built or cleaned up core RevOps processes (lead flow, stages, reporting)
    • Worked directly with executive leadership (CRO, VP Sales, etc.)

Why This Role Is Different

    • You’re not inheriting a large team - you’re building the foundation yourself
    • You’ll work with strong, engaged GTM leadership, not in a vacuum
    • You’ll have the autonomy to fix what’s broken without bureaucracy
    • You’ll be measured on impact, not activity
