Rob Nunziata

Chief Executive Officer


Rob is the Co-CEO/Co-Founder of FBC Mortgage, LLC and Co-Cofounder and CEO of ActiveComply. Rob grew up in Central Florida where he attended Lake Mary High School and subsequently graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in business.
Rob has appeared as a mortgage expert on numerous media and print outlets. Rob has been honored as one of the Orlando Business Journal CEO’s of the Year, 40 under 40, and was a recipient for Earnest & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. He was recognized in 2017-2018 as one of the most influential mortgage executives. Rob serves on several boards including HomeAid non profit. He has redeveloped several historic buildings in downtown Orlando and has been involved with several startup businesses including Clear Title, and FBC Home insurance.

Mike Prince

Chief Technology Officer


Mike Prince, Co-Founder and CTO of ActiveComply, is a software developer and entrepreneur specializing in compliance technology. With a rich background in programming, data handling, and innovation, he is instrumental in developing compliance solutions. His global tech experience spans various industries, significantly contributing to creating CorporationWiki.com, a business research tool exemplifying his expertise in managing sensitive data and adherence to privacy regulations. At ActiveComply, Mike is pivotal in developing technologies that align with regulatory standards, emphasizing his commitment to compliance in the digital realm and ActiveComply's mission to deliver reliable compliance-focused technology.

With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Colby has demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry and has managed global teams across various functions. His expertise in technology, coupled with his exceptional leadership skills, has allowed him to lead teams to success and drive revenue growth for the companies he has worked for.

Melissa Grindel, CMCP I

EVP / Head of Compliance


EVP / Head of Compliance at ActiveComply, a cloud-based, RegTech software that allows financial institutions to monitor employee social media for regulatory compliance and brand reputation protection. Melissa actively works with financial institutions to develop and execute compliance policies and procedures to best fit their needs. Melissa has acted as a content expert for The Mortgage Collaborative, HousingWire, MGIC, numerous state MBAs, and other financial industry groups & publications.

Blake Boss

EVP / Head of Sales


Blake serves as the EVP / Head of Sales at ActiveComply, where he drives growth through expanding market presence, nurturing key accounts, and aligning the go-to-market strategy with evolving market trends and regulatory changes. Prior to ActiveComply, Blake's tenure at FBC Mortgage in Human Resources and Operations deepened his understanding of compliance in the financial industry. Blake is a speaker at industry conferences, sharing his expertise and vision for the future of mortgage banking and regulatory technology. 


Advisory Board

Mitch Kider

Mitchel H. Kider is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Weiner Brodsky Kider PC, a national law firm specializing in the representation of financial institutions, residential homebuilders, and real estate settlement service providers. Mitch represents banks, mortgage companies, homebuilders, credit card issuers, and other financial service companies in a broad range of litigation and regulatory and compliance matters. He defends clients in investigations and enforcement actions before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Justice, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Trade Commission, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and various state and local regulatory authorities and Attorneys General offices. Mitch speaks frequently on regulatory and litigation matters before trade associations and other industry groups. He is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, and a Faculty Fellow of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mitch is the author of six books pertaining to residential mortgage finance and also has written numerous law review and real estate journal articles on the subject. His most recent books are Consumer Protection and Mortgage Regulation Under Dodd-Frank (West/Thomson Reuters 2018) and Real Estate and Mortgage Banking: A New Era of Regulatory Reform (West/Thomson Reuters 2017-2018).

Michael Dunn, CMB

Michael currently serves as General Counsel to FBC Mortgage, LLC. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section-Real Property, Finance and Lending Committee, Labor and Employment Law Section, and Young Lawyer’s Division. He is also an active member of the United States Middle and Northern District Courts in Florida. He is proud to be a participating affiliate member of the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR), the Central Florida Compliance Association, the National Mortgage Bankers Association – Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Committee, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida along with the Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional designation from the MBA.

Leo Spiegal

Leo was one of the six-person team that formed Pivotal (PVTL). During most of his time at Pivotal, he ran corporate development and strategy. He led the effort of many key initiatives including company formation, all private funding rounds, the formation of the Cloud Foundry Foundation and many customer and partner relationships.

Leo was President of Digital Island. Leo joined Digital Island as a result of a merger with Sandpiper Networks, where he was Chairman and CEO. In 2000, Leo won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Prior to Sandpiper Networks, Leo served as SVP and CTO of Donnelley Enterprise Solutions Incorporated. Leo was the co-founder, EVP, and CTO of LANSystems, which was sold to Intel Corporation and R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. Leo started his first company, Integrated Analysis, while in college. He merged Integrated Analysis with LANSystems.

Leo is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego. Leo is a Trustee of the UC San Diego Foundation and is a member of the International Leadership Committee, Campaign for UCSD. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at the Rady School of Management. He is also the Immediate Past Board Chair of the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego.
