Backed by Level Equity and growing fast, we're looking for a CSM who's equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on a client call.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You'll be the go-to person for helping compliance teams at banks and mortgage lenders get real, measurable value out of our platform — and you'll be a key voice internally for what clients need next.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of accounts and drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion
- Lead onboardings, QBRs, and ongoing check-ins to ensure clients are hitting their compliance goals
- Become a product expert across SocialShield, TrustFrame, WebCompass, and VirtualVerify
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
- Capture and advocate for client feedback to influence the product roadmap
- Track key health metrics (NPS, usage, renewal risk) and keep your CRM clean
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing SaaS role
- Strong communicator — clear, direct, and empathetic with non-technical compliance audiences
- Organized self-starter who can manage a portfolio
- Comfortable navigating regulated industries; financial services or RegTech experience is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
