Profile Checkup

In some instances, a sales team member profile may have multiple compliance or company policy issues that need to be addressed. The Profile Checkup feature helps divide ActiveComply alerts between Post Content Alerts and Profile Alerts. Issues with are located under the Profiles tab and will be highlighted by severity level on the top of each Asset card. All ActiveComply accounts will automatically include Company NMLS ID Missing and Equal Housing Missing in the Profile Checkup section, but this section can also include customized profile checkup requests. Some examples include: required links to NMLS Consumer access, required links to company pages like a privacy policy or legal licensing page, or state specific licensing verbiage.
