ActiveComply's Independent Mortgage Bankers can utilize the Branch Feature within the SocialShield system and can be found under the Settings Gear Icon.

The Branches Pages are curated with NMLS Consumer Access data and are updated weekly. The Branch Page will allow users to see aggregate data on individual branches and perform social media audits one branch at a time.

Contacts that are affiliated with a "branch type" in NMLS Consumer Access will be tied to a Branch Card. All social media profiles that are associated with those individual Contact Cards will also be affiliated with the respective Branch Card.

Geo-Map Locator

The Branches Page displays a geo-map of the institution's branch locations. Users can zoom in and out of the map by either using the +/- toggle on the bottom right-hand side of the map or by holding the Ctrl key while scrolling with their mouse.

Branches View:

This View will display the number of Branch locations.

Contacts View:

This View will display the number of Contacts tied to each Branch.

Tickets View:

This View will display the number of tickets each Branch has open.

Filtering

By default, the Branch Page will display Active Branches. Users can view Inactive Branches by clicking the "Active Branches" filter and choosing "Inactive Branches".

Users also have the option of filtering by state by selecting the States filter.

Users may utilize the Search Bar to manually find a Branch.

Chart Sorting

The Branches Page displays a chart list of the institution's branches. Users can choose to sort by one of the filters at the top of the chart, including: profile issues, post content to review, open tickets, location, reviews, etc. The chart division of the Branches Page will allow users to prioritize branches with the most issues to resolve or the largest social media presence.

Understanding Icons

Profiles with Issues to Resolve: this icon identifies Branches that have Contacts with social media profiles that do not pass the Profile Checkup.

Posts with Issues to Review: this icon identifies Branches that have Contacts with social media content/reviews/posts that need to be reviewed.

Total Open Tickets: this icon identifies the total number of open tickets for each Branch.


Exporting

Users also have the ability to export information from the Branch Page to an Excel CSV file. If the User has filtered the information by Active Status, State, or the Search Bar, the export will reflect those filters.
