Filtering

The Contacts Page allows users to filter results in a variety of different ways.

Views: the Views filter allows a user to to find groups of Contacts who share a particular issue type. Types of Views include:

  • Content to Review - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have post content that needs to still be reviewed.

  • Profile Checks Failed - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have at least one issue of a failed Profile Checkup.

  • No Contact Assigned - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have not been associated with any Contact Cards.

  • Suggested Contacts - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have suggested contacts for association. Note: Suggested Contacts will also be displayed on the Executive Dashboard upon login:

Status: the Status filter allows users to isolate Assets by their monitoring status, such as Monitoring On, Monitoring Off, or Trusted.

Service: the Service filter will allow users to isolate Assets by their Service/social media platform.

Is Claimed: the Is Claimed filter will automatically be selected on the Assets Page for profiles that have been marked as Claimed and are actively managed. Users can chose to filter by Unclaimed to see profiles that have potentially been automatically generated by social media platforms or consumers.

States: the States filter will allow users to isolate Assets for individual states listed on the social media profile, if applicable. Note that not all Assets will have an address listed on the profile or website.

Search Bar: the Search bar allows users to search for individual Assets by the name of the social media account or website.

Export: the Export button on the far right allows users to export any list of Assets from the Assets Page into a CSV Excel spreadsheet. This Export will include information from the Assets Page, including the Asset name, their total number of followers, their monitoring Status, etc.
