The Assets Page is a collection of all the Assets, or social media profiles & websites, that have been added to an ActiveComply account. Users can sort and filter Assets in a variety of ways and can export information into a CSV Excel spreadsheet.
Profiles with Issues to Resolve: this icon identifies Assets that have social media profiles that do not pass the Profile Checkup.
Posts with Issues to Review: this icon identifies Assets that have social media content/reviews/posts that need to be reviewed.
Profiles Associated with a Contact: this icon identifies Assets that are associated/linked to a Contact Card.
No Profile Issues Found: this symbol indicates that no Profile Checkup issues were found for the Asset.
Profiles with Issues: this symbol indicates that one or multiple Profile Checkup issues were found for the Asset.
No Content Issues to Review: this symbol indicates that there are no content items, including social media posts and reviews, that need to be reviewed for the Asset.
Content Issues to Review: this symbol indicates the number of content items, including social media posts and reviews, that need to be reviewed for the Asset.
The Contacts Page allows users to filter results in a variety of different ways.
Views: the Views filter allows a user to to find groups of Contacts who share a particular issue type. Types of Views include:
- Content to Review - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have post content that needs to still be reviewed.
- Profile Checks Failed - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have at least one issue of a failed Profile Checkup.
- No Contact Assigned - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have not been associated with any Contact Cards.
- Suggested Contacts - this View filter isolates all the Assets that have suggested contacts for association. These Suggested Contacts will also be displayed on the Executive Dashboard upon login:
Status: the Status filter allows users to isolate Assets by their monitoring status, such as Monitoring On, Monitoring Off, or Trusted.
Service: the Service filter will allow users to isolate Assets by their Service/social media platform.
Is Claimed: the Is Claimed filter will automatically be selected on the Assets Page for profiles that have been marked as Claimed and are actively managed. Users can chose to filter by Unclaimed to see profiles that have potentially been automatically generated by social media platforms or consumers.
States: the States filter will allow users to isolate Assets for individual states listed on the social media profile, if applicable. Note that not all Assets will have an address listed on the profile or website.
Search Bar: the Search bar allows users to search for individual Assets by the name of the social media account or website.
Export: the Export button on the far right allows users to export any list of Assets from the Assets Page into a CSV Excel spreadsheet. This Export will include information from the Assets Page, including the Asset name, their total number of followers, their monitoring Status, etc.
Users can add social media profiles and websites by pasting the page or website URL into the +Add button on the Assets Page. This feature should be used to include employee social media profiles that have not yet been added to Discovery for company branding and for company & custom employee websites that the User wants to monitor and/or archive. Large websites, like CNN.com, and social media platforms not currently supported by ActiveComply, like TikTok or Nextdoor, should not be added.
