Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Engage in high-level prospecting activities, including calls and emails, targeting senior executives across various segments in financial services. Utilize advanced sales techniques and tools to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Deeply understand the business needs of stakeholders and articulate clearly how ActiveComply’s solutions address these challenges.
- Solution Alignment: Match customer requirements with tailored ActiveComply service offerings, ensuring a clear understanding of applications and benefits.
- Sales Process Management: Document crucial qualification details such as use case, purchasing timelines, and follow-up strategies.
- Deal Closure: Execute closing strategies for land-and-expand deals, focusing on new customer acquisition and long-term customer engagement.
- Adaptation and Strategy: Quickly adapt to the Enterprise sales model, utilizing a customer-centric, solution-based selling approach.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently prioritize opportunities and allocate resources to maximize deal potential.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customer interactions result in high satisfaction, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Travel Engagement: Potential for travel to attend industry conferences and visit customers onsite, enhancing relationship building and market presence.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven track record in prospecting, engaging, and closing new business with at least 5 years in business development or sales roles within the software or financial services industries.
- Ability to quickly build trust and maintain relationships with senior-level executives both internally and externally.
- Highly organized with exemplary follow-up abilities and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve business problems, particularly in the areas of compliance and risk management.
